Technical specifications and usage guidelines for VLX 3D printing filaments

  • VLX filaments are compatible with all FDM/FFF 3D printers. Our standard 1.75mm diameter works with most consumer and professional machines including Prusa, Creality, Bambu Lab, and Ultimaker models.

  • For PLA and PETG: 0.4mm nozzle (standard). For TPU flexible filament: 0.4mm to 0.6mm recommended. Larger nozzles (0.6mm+) work well for faster prints with reduced detail.

  • Store TPU in an airtight container with desiccant packs at room temperature. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. For best results, use a filament dry box during printing in humid environments.

  • 95A Shore hardness: Flexible, ideal for phone cases and wearables. 85A Shore hardness: Very flexible, best for grips and shock absorption. 60D Shore hardness: Semi-rigid, suitable for functional parts requiring some flex.
